Session 4: Individuation โ€“ Becoming Who You Truly Are

Who are you, beyond the roles you play?
Beyond the caretaker, the achiever, the pleaser, the fighter?

In this session, we explore individuation โ€” the lifelong process of becoming the Self thatโ€™s already living inside you.

  • In Part 1, we begin with Hans Knibbeโ€™s โ€œJacobโ€™s Ladderโ€ and the concept of the Free Self โ€” the part of you that is untouched, eternal, and deeply alive. We reflect on how spiritual awakening doesnโ€™t mean transcending life, but descending into it โ€” fully human, fully awake.

  • In Part 2, we learn to recognize and release survival roles. These roles once kept us safe โ€” but now they keep us small. Through awareness and reflection, we begin the sacred unraveling: not getting rid of who we were, but integrating who we are.

  • In Part 3, we step into the terrain of spiritual maturity โ€” learning to hold paradox, stay centered in relationship, and act from truth instead of wounding. This is embodied empowerment: not a performance, but a presence.

This session invites you into a deeper layer of self-love โ€”
one where you stop becoming who the world wants you to be,
and start becoming you.
