A 9‑Week Journey to Reclaim Your Presence, Self‑Trust & Inner Freedom
This isn’t just a course — it’s a homecoming.
A poetic, body-based immersion into the truth of who you are.
Rooted in nervous system safety, movement, spoken word, and soul-deep reflection, this journey invites you to:
release survival patterns
reconnect with your body
remember your inner voice
You’ll move through 9 carefully designed modules — beginning with deep presence and moving through shadow, resistance, self-trust, boundaries, embodied action, and true nourishment.
We close with a powerful integration ritual to seal your transformation
So you don’t just learn self-love… you become it.
Most of us were never taught how to truly love ourselves.
We learned to survive — to perform, to please, to push through — but not to feel, to rest, or to trust our inner knowing. We adapted to a world that praised achievement over aliveness, and now many of us are left disconnected, depleted…
Or even burnt out.
Maybe you’ve been there too:
Exhausted. Numb. Going through the motions.
Feeling like your life belongs to everyone but you.
A Path to Self Love is a radical reclaiming of your inner world.
Not a quick fix. Not another productivity hack.
But a slow, sacred return to your own truth.
This program is for those who are done betraying themselves,
who are ready to stop abandoning their needs,
and who long to live from wholeness, softness and strength.
We don’t fight the old.
We become the new.
This program is for you if...
You feel emotionally exhausted or disconnected, even if life looks “successful” from the outside
You’re craving a deeper sense of inner calm, clarity and connection
You’re tired of the inner critic, the performing, the pleasing – and want to come home to yourself
You long to trust your body, your boundaries and your inner voice again
You’ve done personal development or therapy, but something still feels missing — the embodiment & the integration
This is not just a course.
It’s a sacred journey of remembrance, reclamation, and rooted self-leadership.
💫 Come as you are.
You don’t need to be “healed” to begin — only willing to turn inward.
This program offers you a blueprint for deep self-healing and inner leadership — so you no longer outsource your well-being, but understand how to walk yourself home.
You’ll receive:

Just clarity, depth and real embodiment.
You’ll receive:
A clear framework for inner transformation
A reminder that healing is something to meet, not master

💗 This is a love revolution from the inside out. Unpolished. Unapologetic. Unshaming.
This isn’t a binge-learning course. It’s a slow, steady return to your Self.
You’ll receive one module per week,
so you have time to integrate each part of the journey
– in your body, your nervous system, your daily life.

Meet your guide
Trauma-informed coach, facilitator, spoken word artist, and lifelong seeker of what it means to live in truth.
I wasn’t always living this way.
For over 25 years, I worked in the corporate world — navigating boardrooms, deadlines, and decisions that often didn’t align with my inner compass.
I knew things. I felt things. About people, about systems, about what was needed.
But my intuition was often questioned. Suppressed. Dismissed.
And so, over time, I learned to override it — until I started to forget the sound of my own voice.
It left me burnt out. Frustrated. Wondering if I was the problem.
And yet, deep down, I knew there had to be another way.
Over the last 22 years, I’ve walked a path of personal healing and self-leadership.
I’ve studied trauma, somatics, systemic work, meditation, NLP, breathwork, embodiment, and nervous system regulation.
I’ve sat in silence, danced through rage, and cried myself home.
This program is the integration of that journey.
It’s the blueprint I wish I had — not to escape myself, but to come back in.
To reclaim the parts I exiled.
To stop blaming.
To start choosing.
To interrupt generational cycles, not just in theory, but in practice.
Because this isn’t just about you.
It’s about the system we’re all part of.
And if we want to see something new in the world,
we need to be something new in the world.
This is my offering.
Not from a pedestal, but from a place of deep remembering.
Let’s walk each other home.
Start here. This video welcomes you into the journey — offering a gentle overview of what to expect, how each session is structured, and how to move through the program at your own pace. You’ll also receive tips for getting the most out of the practices, and a heartfelt reminder: you don’t need fixing — you’re coming home to yourself.
We begin our journey with the one thing we all long for — presence.
But presence isn't just a state of being. It's a choice. A return. A remembering.
In Part 1, we explore why we leave ourselves — the early imprints, survival strategies, and unconscious patterns that pull us into overthinking, pleasing, fixing, or fleeing. We name the habits that keep us out of our own lives.
In Part 2, we redefine mindfulness — not as a spiritual ideal, but as a deep, embodied willingness to stay. To feel. To slow down. We unravel the myths of being “zen” and instead open to what’s real.
In Part 3, we get practical. What does it actually mean to come back? To land in the body? To pause the inner storm and root into now? Through gentle exercises and reflection, we begin to build our muscle of presence — the foundation for everything to come.
This session is your invitation to return to yourself.
Not in perfection. In honesty.
Again and again.
What if feeling wasn't the problem — but the path?
In this session, we explore the tender and often terrifying art of feeling.
Not analyzing. Not fixing. Not escaping.
But staying — with what is.
In Part 1, we uncover the Three Layers of Defense we all build to avoid pain: fear, false hope, and denial. These are not flaws — they are survival strategies. But they also keep us distant from ourselves. Recognizing these patterns is the first step in reclaiming our aliveness.
In Part 2, we practice Tonglen — a powerful and poetic method to breathe with discomfort instead of resisting it. We learn to make space for what we've long rejected. To soften, rather than fight.
In Part 3, we move toward radical acceptance — not resignation, but the deep exhale of coming home to what’s true. We discover that real connection with ourselves begins where the fight ends.
This session is about re-learning the language of your body,
the truth in your chest,
the quiet wisdom that arises when you finally stop running
There’s a voice inside.
Sharp. Critical. Demanding.
Telling you you’re not enough, not lovable, not safe unless you prove yourself.
This is the inner critic — and it wasn’t born to hurt you.
It was born to protect you.
In Part 1, we explore the origin and function of this voice. How early pain, rejection, or emotional neglect can evolve into internalized self-attack. We trace its roots — not to punish it, but to understand.
In Part 2, we dive into the layers beneath: shame, guilt, and protective mechanisms. We see how the critic often steps in where tenderness was never met, and how it tries to control the chaos it once couldn’t bear.
In Part 3, we begin the work of transformation. Not silencing the critic, but turning toward it — with clarity and compassion. We practice befriending the part of us that learned to survive through self-sabotage… and teach it how to become an inner ally.
This session is about reclaiming your voice —
and rewriting the story you tell yourself about who you are.
Who are you, beyond the roles you play?
Beyond the caretaker, the achiever, the pleaser, the fighter?
In this session, we explore individuation — the lifelong process of becoming the Self that’s already living inside you.
In Part 1, we begin with Hans Knibbe’s “Jacob’s Ladder” and the concept of the Free Self — the part of you that is untouched, eternal, and deeply alive. We reflect on how spiritual awakening doesn’t mean transcending life, but descending into it — fully human, fully awake.
In Part 2, we learn to recognize and release survival roles. These roles once kept us safe — but now they keep us small. Through awareness and reflection, we begin the sacred unraveling: not getting rid of who we were, but integrating who we are.
In Part 3, we step into the terrain of spiritual maturity — learning to hold paradox, stay centered in relationship, and act from truth instead of wounding. This is embodied empowerment: not a performance, but a presence.
This session invites you into a deeper layer of self-love —
one where you stop becoming who the world wants you to be,
and start becoming you.
Relationships are where we’re most alive —
and where our deepest wounds show up to be seen.
In this session, we explore the transformational power of relational pain. Not as something to fix, but as a portal to presence, responsibility, and freedom.
In Part 1, we enter the dark night of the soul — that deep unraveling where emotional survival patterns break down. Here, we learn that triggers are not obstacles, but invitations. This is the sacred process of emotional ripening.
In Part 2, we unpack the Drama Triangle — Victim, Rescuer, Persecutor — and begin to recognize how we unconsciously recreate pain loops in our connections. Through awareness and breath, we learn to step out of drama and into clarity.
In Part 3, we explore the inner relational triad — Parent, Adult, and Child — and how these internal dynamics shape our outer relationships. We practice coming back to our centered adult self: the one who can feel deeply, speak truth, and stay free.
This session is an initiation into conscious relating —
a path that leads not to perfection, but to presence.
Most of us were never taught how to say no.
We were taught to be kind, to be good, to be liked —
even when it meant betraying ourselves.
In this session, we reclaim the deep inner knowing that lives in the body:
the subtle voice that says no, even when the mind tries to override it.
In Part 1: You Already Know, we return to the inner voice we’ve been trained to ignore. We learn to recognize the moment doubt sets in — and how that doubt is often a disguised boundary. You know. You just don’t want to know.
In Part 2: The Armour We Wear, we explore why boundaries are so hard. How childhood conditioning, fear of rejection, and internalized shame have taught us to suppress our no in favor of harmony. We look at the protective roles we’ve taken on — the pleaser, the appeaser, the avoider — and how to begin disarming them.
In Part 3: The Courage to Act, we learn to say no without blame, without a fight. We practice setting boundaries with clarity and care — not as defense, but as self-honoring. Boundaries become a way to love both ourselves and the other.
This session is an invitation to stop abandoning yourself.
To start standing by yourself — in truth, in clarity, in love.
Most of us were never taught to trust our inner voice.
We were taught to think, to explain, to doubt —
until we no longer knew what we truly felt.
In this session, we begin to tune into the language of intuition:
a soft, grounded knowing that lives in the body,
beneath the noise of fear, overthinking, and conditioning.
In Part 1: The Language of the Body, we reconnect with the subtle signals of inner guidance — the tightening in the chest, the contraction in the belly, the whisper that says this isn’t it. We learn to recognize intuition not as pressure, but as clarity.
In Part 2: The Whisper Beneath the Noise, we explore why intuition is so often ignored. How trauma, people-pleasing, and over-analysis drown out our own knowing. We create space for choice — learning to hear our yes and no before the mind takes over.
In Part 3: Radical Self-Trust & the Courage to Choose, we step into action. We explore how trusting your intuition also means risking the unknown, taking responsibility, and standing by your inner truth — even when it’s inconvenient.
This session is an invitation to return to your compass.
To rebuild trust in your own knowing.
To begin choosing from within.
Insight is not enough.
Without action, transformation remains a concept.
In this session, we explore what it means to live our truth —
not just feel it, not just speak it,
but embody it in our daily choices and direction.
In Part 1: The Action Gap, we uncover the space between knowing and doing — where fear, self-doubt, and inertia live. Through micro-commitments and self-honoring choices, we begin to close that gap gently but steadily.
In Part 2: Integrity in Motion, we meet the spiral of transformation — the non-linear path of change. We explore what it means to move in integrity, to align with our deeper truth even when perfection isn’t present, and to forgive ourselves when we falter.
In Part 3: The Joy of Being, we explore how action becomes nourishment. We root into our future self, into choices born from aspiration rather than fear, and we allow joy, pleasure, and creativity to become our integration.
This session is an invitation to live what you’ve reclaimed.
To make choices that match your truth.
To trust that your becoming is already underway.
So many of us learned to suppress our needs —
to care for others, to stay strong, to never be a burden.
In this session, we reclaim the hidden longings within:
not just the need to rest, to be held, to feel safe —
but the radical permission to receive without guilt.
In Part 1: The Longing That Stayed Hidden, we explore how unmet needs live in the body — as tension, hunger, loneliness, or drive. We begin the tender process of listening to what we’ve been too proud, scared, or distracted to hear.
In Part 2: Receiving vs. Hyper-Independence, we examine the defense of self-reliance. How our inability to receive love, help, or care keeps us stuck in isolation. We practice softening and opening — not from weakness, but from courage.
In Part 3: Guilt, Boundaries & Adult Nourishment, we dive into the shame that surrounds asking, the guilt that comes with receiving, and the boundaries needed to protect nourishment. We explore what mature, grounded self-care really looks like.
This session is a homecoming.
Not to more doing, but to deeper allowing.
Not to strength alone — but to soft, sustainable wholeness.
You've got questions. We've got answers.
No. You can start anytime and move at your own rhythm.
