  • In Part 1, we explore why we leave ourselves β€” the early imprints, survival strategies, and unconscious patterns that pull us into overthinking, pleasing, fixing, or fleeing. We name the habits that keep us out of our own lives.

  • In Part 2, we redefine mindfulness β€” not as a spiritual ideal, but as a deep, embodied willingness to stay. To feel. To slow down. We unravel the myths of being β€œzen” and instead open to what’s real.

  • In Part 3, we get practical. What does it actually mean to come back? To land in the body? To pause the inner storm and root into now? Through gentle exercises and reflection, we begin to build our muscle of presence β€” the foundation for everything to come.
