These terms apply to all offers, products, and services provided by The Self Love Academy, registered in the Netherlands.
1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all agreements between The Self Love Academy, located in the Netherlands (referred to as “we” or “us”), and the client or participant (“you”). By registering for a program, session, event or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Offer & Agreement
Our offers, pricing, and service descriptions are non-binding and subject to change.
An agreement is established upon your registration via the website, email, or another booking system (e.g., Hipsy).
We reserve the right to refuse participation at any time, with clear communication and refund where applicable.
3. Services
We offer:
Online programs and digital content
Live workshops and events
1-on-1 coaching sessions
Year-long and multi-week group journeys
All services aim to support self-development and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
4. Payment & Pricing
Prices are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in advance via our payment provider (e.g., Mollie, Stripe, Hipsy).
For multi-part programs or coaching trajectories, payment plans may be offered.
If payment is not received on time, access to the service may be paused until payment is complete.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
1-on-1 Coaching:
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full.
Workshops & Live Events:
You may cancel up to 14 days in advance for a 100% refund.
If you cancel within 14 days of the event, no refund is possible, unless we find a replacement.
Year Programs, Intensives & Multi-Session Journeys:
After registration, a 14-day reflection period applies (only if the program has not yet started).
Once the program has started, your spot is reserved and no refunds are granted for withdrawal, regardless of reason.
In case of special circumstances (e.g. illness, force majeure), we may offer a partial credit or transfer to a future round — at our discretion.
Important:
Participation in our group programs requires a basic capacity for self-responsibility and respectful communication.
In rare cases where a participant crosses boundaries, disrupts group safety, or acts in a way that conflicts with our core values, we reserve the right to end their participation without refund.
We create and hold our spaces with great care — and we trust participants to meet that field with the same respect.
This Success Guarantee applies to the following programs:
The online group program: From Overthinking to Surrender – The Fastest Path to Inner Peace and Self Love
The 1-on-1 Inner Shift program (offline or online)
It does not apply to one-time workshops, live events, or other offerings unless explicitly stated.
To qualify for the Success Guarantee, you must have:
Completed all modules and exercises within the program timeframe
Attended all group sessions live or watched the full replays
Attended all included 1-on-1 coaching sessions
Actively participated in the process and made personal choices as part of the journey
Submitted a completed review form before the start of each next module, which includes:
All journaling prompts
All reflection exercises
Other requested insights or check-ins

If, after fulfilling all conditions above, you feel you have not experienced significant improvement — such as better emotional regulation, more self-love, clearer boundaries, or deeper insight into your patterns — you may request continued support.
This may include:
One or more 1-on-1 coaching sessions
Free participation in a future round of the same group program
A tailored follow-up plan based on your needs
The form of support will be discussed in a joint review. There is no automatic refund; the guarantee is a promise of support until meaningful change is felt.
You must submit your written request for support within 2 weeks after the end of your program, via email to:

Requests submitted after this period are not eligible.
There is no additional fee for participation in a future group program.
If the outcome requires a longer individual coaching plan, a partial investment may be requested — depending on scope and duration.
This guarantee is not valid if:
You did not meet all conditions outlined in Article 6.2
You are unwilling or unable to provide documentation
Results are impacted by external circumstances beyond the program
The request was not submitted within the specified timeframe
Upon purchase, you receive personal access to our online course content.
Access is for your individual use only. Sharing login details or content is not permitted.
We may update or improve course content without notice.
No refunds are granted once the content is accessible, unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after our sessions.
Participation is at your own risk. Inform us of injuries or relevant conditions beforehand.
We are not liable for injuries, damage, or loss resulting from your participation in our activities.
Our services are designed to support personal growth but do not replace professional therapy or care.
All materials, including videos, meditations, texts, spoken word, and program content, are protected by copyright.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any material without written permission.
We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy
In the event of force majeure (e.g., illness, government measures, extreme weather), we may cancel or reschedule a session or event. We will do our best to offer alternatives or partial refunds where possible.
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague unless another jurisdiction is required by law.
